Life and death?

Postby Rolfster » Fri Apr 26, 2019 12:48

Anyone had a go at brewing life and death by vocation?

I don't normally brew clones but fancy giving this one a bash..... Doesn't seem to be much information out there about it so I just thought I'd see if anyone has attempted iit.

I've also emailed the brewery to see if they will give me the recipy or at least some hints!

It's probably the beer I drink most often at the moment. I am a fan of all the vocation beers that I've tried. Sadly not heard of a recipe for this one anywhere, or even what the hops are.

But luckily Tesco do £9 for 8 small cans which is pretty cheap.

Never enough time....

Just Mosaic and Citra? Wow they get some flavour out of that. It's a lot of hops, but it's not too silly.

Did you have that info already Rob or did you whip out the brewing trade's equivalent of the bat phone?

Never enough time....

It seems a lot of small brewerys are using mosaic hops these days. Great hop it is.

Hahah, let’s just say it’s from a very reputable source! One of my go to beers, very nice. They dry hop in CT i think and can on site, hence the freshness!

Cheers Rob. I've gone for a citra and mosaic mix, but in the end I've had a stab at NEIPA.
