... can someone remind me how you do it??

I give you today's brew, a simple bitter hopped with challenger

4.25Kh Pale
300g Carapils
30g Black malt

Mash at 66C for 90 Minutes

25g Challenger for 60 minutes
20g Challenger for 15 minutes
20g Challenger as Aroma Hops

WLP 023 Burton Ale

It is not the intention of the author to shout, if that was the case the author would adopt the, much more recent, convention of using all capital letters.

I've still got to brew mine

I'm working Phil's bar at Chelmsford beer festival Thursday to Saturday next week, I think next Sunday will have to be brew day. It's my only and last chance. Something pale, it will be
