Malt miller kits

Postby ryanshelton » Mon Jun 26, 2017 21:01

Help me guys!

My mrs bought me 2 AG kits from Malt Miller and I didn't realise they had been created by other users so don't come with any instructions so to speak.
I've now got 2 kits, with no yeast and no idea on how long to mash for, when to add the hops and at what quantity!

The 2 kits are Landlord clone 2 and zachs zinger.

Anyone familiar with these and if so any idea on hop timings!

If they are kit's created bu users it's possible that data is missing.

I'm in a similar situation as Ryan, I have a couple of TMM's kits without recipe's, it seems that about the only person offering a recipe is our Dennis King, thanks DK. I've found recipe's on tinternet for both of mine but they both have different - mainly additional - ingredients but it would be great if those offering recipe's on TMM to also take a little time to put together a bit of a method statement as well, you would expect that from any book of recipes.

Many of the user uploaded recipes are a mess and should in my opinion be removed Rob needs to keep maybe 2 dozen proven recipes examples DK's Galaxy Delight, Dr Smurto's Golden Ale and so on.
