good hops with simcoe?

trying to get a brew on (with one hand) im doing my go-to simcoe recipe but i dont have enough simcoe.

I'm debating using the simcoe just for the dry hop but what should i use for bittering and later additions?

to keep the recipie simple i have some hops similar aa to simcoe and that is

magnum 70g
centennial (25g)
Target (60g)
90g of a unnamed one

i also have 20g cascade 6%, 150 plus g of saaz 3.1%, 70g ekg 5.7% 100g hersbrucker 1.8%, 50g columbus 18%

10 g - Simcoe, Type: Pellet, AA: 11, Use: Boil for 10 min, IBU: 4.59
30 g - Simcoe, Type: Pellet, AA: 11, Use: Boil for 5 min, IBU: 7.56
45 g - Simcoe, Type: Pellet, AA: 11, Use: Boil for 0 min
75 g - Simcoe, Type: Leaf/Whole, AA: 11, Use: Dry Hop for 7 days

Have a search for the Pliny the Elder hop schedule, you don't have the quantities but you do have the right hops in Columbus/Cent/Simcoe.

cheers, the IBU for that is triple of what I am after but I'll have a play around

just checked an ibu calculator and I'll only need around 15G of the columbus as its 18%!

Magnum is a great bittering hop - use that for your main bittering charge, then Simcoe and Centinnial for your later additions.

2016: 330L brewed (72 gallons, over 8 firkins)
2017: 105L brewed (need to update this figure)
Drinking: Landlord clone
Conditioning: ciders from 2016, hedgerow barrolo, 1914 Courage RIS (10%).

cheers all. 15g of magnum going in at 90,

15g of centennial at 45

15g simcoe and 15g centennial going in at flameout and then 75g simcoe for dry hop.
