Hi all, I am trying to setup steam extraction with an inline fan. It's a manrose IP44 26867 24w fan.
I'm getting water collecting in the fan body during the boil.
The fan is 3ft from the pot after a right angle.

you might need to construct some type of drain, something like on a condensing boiler.

or increase the airflow and try keep the air in the extractor system warm so the water doesn't condense out as the air cools
