I'm brewing today. Another split brew as is standard for me.
Grain was mashed last night
15.75kg of maris otter (may have made a mistake when measuring this out so i'm not 100% on this!

200g light crystal
800g caragold
Bittering hops are galena (26g) and Warrior (28g) to give an ibu of about 30.
Late hope will be cascade and Simcoe (100g of each)
Then the main wort will get split 3 ways,
One will get dry hopped with lots of cascade and simcoe to give an Apa
One will get dry hopped with a little cascade and simcoe and lots of earl grey tea to give an earl grey Ipa
One will have a mini mash of dark crystal, rye crystal and dark Belgian candi rocks added
All of them will be fermented with us05.
Any wort that it left over will be fermented at cellar temperature.
I'm just about to add by sparge water to the mash tun having drained the first runnings.
