Apparently they're made together as one massive parti-gyle.

The brewer said that they split the hops 2/3 in the first copper and 1/3 in the second and all use the Fullers house yeast.

From the "Can you brew it" interview I recall that the first runnings and start of the sparge goes in copper 1, then the rest of the sparge goes in copper 2. According to the show, at that time they were brewing GP, ESB, LP & CB as various mixes from each copper.
