I've recently been advised to stop alcohol for a kidney condition so is it possible to make non alcoholic home brew I've read that if I brew as usual and then when fermentation period is over you can boil the wort to 175f for 20 mins to remove the alcohol then add priming sugar then pitch some additional yeast and bottle leaving for 2-3 weeks should have alcohol content of 0.5 % any advice would be great as I haven't tried this yet
