Help me use up my hops!

I have a small number of opened hops that I really want to get used up asap, not weighed them so am not looking for a full recipe, more what goes with what in what style of beer.....
So I have some of the following
East Kent Golding
Chinook
Magnum
Perle
Saaz
Williamette
Challenger(100g unopened)
Centennial(100g unopened)

I'm not too bothered about using up the centennial as I only got that a few weeks ago but the rest have been in the freezer for a few months(I mistakingly bought the challenger thinking it was an American C type hop! Not realising it is used to bitter English beers?..)

So any suggestions, should I just go for it, pale malt base, bit of medium crystal and wheat, magnum to bitter and Perle, williamette and chinook for late aroma? Then do an English bitter with the challenger and east Kent Golding?

Sounds good! It's a good time of year to brew a very pale saaz single hop though, I love those fake lager types in the summer.

No way I have enou for a saaz single hop, could I use challenger for bittering then saaz late on?

I take it back, have 40 of saaz and 37 EKG - how about I use most of then EKG for bittering, then a small amount(the remaining 7g) at 5 mins along with 20g of saaz then the other 20g at flameout?

Just dawned on me the saaz are about 1 year old, have been in the freezer but will they be ok?

Nah sack em off, they're only really good for aroma and they store badly once opened.

Ok, back to the drawing board then! CHallenger for bittering and EKG for aroma?

EKG and challenger go well together.
Chinook, Williamette and Centennial will be awesome together late on.
Bitter with magnum for either if these and use the rest late on..... but I am a bit of a hop head!

I'm a hop head too but want something light and golden and easy drinking for summer BBQ with friends. So golden ale with Challenger for bittering and EKG for aroma. The next up is the Chinkook, williamette and centennial - what about Perle though? Have loads of that - would that go with either of these brews?

Would make a lovely beer, but not particularly hoppy with the amounts in that recipe.

Challenger is good at all stages, bittering, late and dry. It makes a great single hop beer.

Good to know! For this brew though I think I will leave as is,I want it to be an easy drinking summer ale for non hop heads, so medium bitterness and lowish hop aroma
