could use the lager and munich for a kolsch. Using the spalt and hallertau.

I am currently cold crashing a wai-iti pale ale smells bloody lovely.
I used maris otter and bit of wheat bittered with chinook (you could use spalt/hallertau i guess) then all late hop additions of wai-iti with a little left for dry hopping
