Great guide and similar to my set up except I prefer to stand so have my bucket set higher on the work top on a small wooden table.

It took a while but once you set up like this, it is so much faster

FV1:Coopers Bitter, FV2:Pomegranate Wine, FV3:Apple and Raspberry Wine
Conditioning:Coopers Bitter, Coopers Stout
Drinking:Corny1: Coopers Bitter, Corny2:Soda Water, Corny3:Ginger Beer
Drinking Bottled:Coopers Stout, Cooper Bitter and copious amounts of supermarket juice wines

Recently got Starsan myself. no-one ever regrets it, I'm sure. Got a bottle rinser at the same time. These two things have revolutionised bottling. It's a breeze now in comparison.

I also fill bottles more than shown here. And keep bottles in the warm for two weeks. I fill bottles like this:

Great guide. Cheers.
