I agree - great guide!

I do have a query though please...

I'm just about to embark on my first brew and read in your guide that some home brew kits don't contain enough wort/Malt so I have also purchased a tin (£1.5kg) of Cooper's Liquid Malt Extract (Light) on the back of your advice here.

Is it ok to mix this Cooper's LME with the Kilner's Lager Malt bag?

And then I still only need to use the same amount of Yeast provided in the Kilner's kit?

Many thanks,
Rob.

I'd just like to add my thanks to Callum Scott for posting his excellent how to guide. This was the first really informative "how to" that I found on the web back in February and was a very useful guide when I fermented the first few kits. ( Woodfordes Wherry and Headcracker.) I'm saving six of the Headcracker bottles for Xmas!!!
