Clone Brews - Tess Szamatulski

Does anyone recommend this book? I'm looking at moving to BIAB and am planning on getting a few recipe books. Are the recipes in UK or US volumes?

Cheers

Ian

I have this book, although the recipes are in both UK and US measurements it is a very American book. I prefer the Graham Wheeler book.

I have the book but have only brewed one beer from it so far. I'll refresh myself on it tomorrow and give you a better response.

Edit, agree with Dennis, albeit they have recipes for different beers

A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it's better to be thoroughly sure.

Thanks for the replies. I was considering getting both before I plan my grain order.

I didn't like this book, too american and too extract focused. I felt like the AG parts of it were an afterthaught so I returned it.

Never enough time....

Ditto I thought it was actually good and if you can't use an online converter then maybe brewing isn't for you!

It's got some fine recipes, but for many of the beers I find forums more useful tbh.
