Art of fermentation & Wild fermentation - Sandor Katz

These are not strictly brewing related but beer and wine is covered.
There seems to be a bit of interest here in other fermentations such as sauerkraut, kimchi, bread, cheese and yogurt which is also something I'm interested in.
These two books cover in good depth fermentation from around the world which gave me inspiration to further my production range.
The Art of fermentation is more theory whereas Wild fermentation has some background and backs this up with recipes.

I can recommend them both if you are stuck for something to add to your Christmas list :geek:
