Marc Ollosson - Real Ales for the Home Brewer

I've had a copy of this book for a fair while now and brewed about half of the recipes. All were good drinkers and worth the effort of making. Just thought I'd give it a Shout Out as I hadn't seen any mention of it for a long while.

Everything I have brewed from Marc has turned out great :thumb: You must have been going some to brew half the recipes

It looks like a different cover on the 2014 version I saw. I wonder if its a new version or just a different print run?

Though it doesn't seem to be on kindle, sadly. I've had to ban myself from buying any more physical books..

Mine must be well over 10 years old now. Wonder if there is anything new in the new one.

Just checked mine.
1997 edition ;-)

Tomintoul wild cat on page 52 (just happened to open to that page!)
first is Belhaven 60/- on page 28
last recipe is Market Porter on page 164
So any difference so far?

So looks like a purely cosmetic do over then, unlike the Camra books which have different recipes.
