You get about 5.5Kg of grain, a bottle of candi sugar and T-58 yeast.
Started at 12:30. Got to mash temperature (66'C) and had put too much water in. Emptied and crud came out the pipe. Emptied it again, full clean with brush, star San and ran boiling water through it.
Finally got brew on.

1.062 for the record. Not bad for a eBIAB. 23ltr to fermenter. Ferment at 20'C

Very smooth beer, good head retention and plenty of body. Not a session beer by any stretch of the imagination - I find a couple of pints more than enough in the evening and everyone who's drunk it very much recommends it.
