TMM's Belgian Blond is one of my favorites to drink and therefore to make. The parcels as ever come from TMM next day and generally bomb proof packaging.
You get about 5.5Kg of grain, a bottle of candi sugar and T-58 yeast.
Started at 12:30. Got to mash temperature (66'C) and had put too much water in. Emptied and crud came out the pipe. Emptied it again, full clean with brush, star San and ran boiling water through it.
Finally got brew on.
Got the minions helping me.
1.062 for the record. Not bad for a eBIAB. 23ltr to fermenter. Ferment at 20'C
Got a nice fermenting head on it. T-58 doing its job
Crash cooled after two weeks.

Very smooth beer, good head retention and plenty of body. Not a session beer by any stretch of the imagination - I find a couple of pints more than enough in the evening and everyone who's drunk it very much recommends it.
