Liberty blonde

Tried an all liberty pale ale a couple of weeks back and cracked one open tonight. For something so simple this has turned out an absolutely fantastic beer. Massive lemongrass notes coming through;

I'm surprised your FG was that high mashing at that temp. I'd have expected it to be 1.010-11 with US-05.

Have you tried other hops with that backbone? I've heard Centennial is pretty good. I've yet to try that as I've gone with a hoppier style (American pale ale) when using citrusy hops, but have considered a more subdued flavor for those not accustomed to anything but nasty American macro lagers.

I actually missed my OG on this and got 1.050 and it finished at 1.010.

Have not tried with other hops, but am certainly going to give it a shot again with Nelson Sauv if i can get hold of them at a decent enough price.
