I could drink this beer forever. I don't think there's such a thing as too much Galaxy :)

Recipe: AG#7 Galaxian
Style: American Pale Ale
TYPE: All Grain

I agree. Great hop and I will be more or less repeating my Galaxy APA v soon. I had 12% Munich in there and only went for a sessionable strength. Will probably do a strong hop bomb version at some point.

I like the way you stick your chiller in the recipe, just in case you forget to give a short boil!

I'd personally keep whole hops in there for longer than three days for the dry hop.. Mine were in for 7. Enjoy. :drink:

The number of times I've forgotten Protofloc or to put the chiller in made me think it was a good idea to start logging it somewhere I would be told about it :)

Sadly the last bottles of this are going to get drunk tonight, I need to do a user-upper brew this weekend so this is high on the list although I've got some Sorachi I'm keen to use.

I'll try dry hopping for longer next time, it was my first time using these hops so wanted to play it safe and make sure it wasn't too overpowering, I don't think that will be a problem though :)

Can be reduced to make a lovely session beer for summer , I just prefer to drink less volume but stronger brews
