OK, so I nipped up at lunchtime and bought....
3.7Kg of Pale Malt
0.2Kg of Amber Malt
0.1Kg of Crystal Malt
0.1Kg of Wheat
I also got 100g of Belma USA Hop, described as 6, Grapefruit, Tropical, Strawberry with 12.1% Alpha Acid
My intention is as has been mentioned around 45 IBU's and I will add hops at 60, 15, 10, 5 to get aroma, I also have a bit of Crusader (which I describe as having no bitter qualities but an almost orange Blossom flavor/aroma) which I will stick in, depending on how much I have at either the 10, 5, 0 mins or maybe just dry hop with what I have. I also intend to use whats left of the Belma as a dry hop as well.....
