I never used Porridge Oats before but after this I feel like I never want to use anything else. Starting my Mash around 68.4 and using porridge oats I've managed the best head retention on a light ale I've ever had. Pinched the idea for Citra with Porridge Oats from a variation of a 'Seymours Gold' recipe somewhere on tinternet.
Feel free to use the recipe, just let me know how you get on
Cheers & Enjoy
Andy
