Looks good. I have packs of both those hops in the freezer, so I'll keep my eye out for your tasting notes. Wot no biscuit malt?

The troubles of our proud and angry dust
Are from eternity, and shall not fail.
Bear them we can, and if we can we must.
Shoulder the sky, my lad, and drink your ale.

i brewed similar earlier this year its a fantastic mix hops wise
viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1867

the usual simcoe herbiness fruitiness with a dry bonus of lemon come sherbet

so another reason on omitting biscuit is to give it an even more dry hop zing wollop

biscuit is very balancing and has it's own speciality flavours
and i wanted to try out the crisp maris on its own

carapils is another of me favourites it always gives good head

lovely hop combo :drink:

i purge any air out with co2
then lid on then add more co2 to make the lid bulge with co2 then put the blow off tube into star san
