I'm continuing my exploration of hopping schedules and hops, so today we have a largely Mosaic American Pale Ale with a dash of Motueka.
All 33g of hops are going in at the end of the boil with a 30 minute hop stand and a moderate dry hop.
I've taken the advice from this new website - http://www.port66.co.uk/hop-standing/- helpful for calculating the IBUs as Brewtoad is not useful in this regard.
