That is a low ibu for your beers ain't it Noby , closer to 70 usually if i remember right . You must have a lot of stock or a good beer belly mate , seems you brew every other week :hat:

Thanks for the piccies Nobbyipa. I was considering taking a train to my local-ish home-brew shop and picking up a 25Kg bag of Maris Otter but I see the bag is fairly massive so I guess I'm going to need to use the car.

Looks like a very nice summer brew.

I recently made a low ibu (about 30) but with Amarillo and Citra. Delicious it is too. Yours looks like a cracker, enjoy. :P

Used Simcoe for the first time a few weeks ago, I'm a convert to the dank side! Chinook is similar. Do you use pellets or whole leaf?

So roughly 10 days initial ferment, another 10 days in the secondary and 5 days in the bottle. Is that right Nobby?
