I want to make a massive hop bomb! Gonna try Galaxy purely as I'm into astronomy(why not?)
Anyway, its a 15l batch, I'm copying the malt bill that Stone uses in its IPA (I'm adding 0.5% Choc just to darken it a little) and 200g of Galaxy!
Does this recipe seem ok then?
