Batch Size 23L
IBU = 59

Breiss Pilsner DME - 3.0kg
Weyermann Smoked Malt - 50g
Weyermann Munich Type II (Dark) - 350g
Flaked Wheat - 250g
Special B - 350g
Carafa II - 100g

500g Dark Belgian candy at 45 mins
500g Cane Sugar at 45 mins

Yeast nutrient at 45 mins
1 Whirlfloc tab at 45 mins

30g Chinook @ 60 min (bittering)
30g Nelson @ 10 min
30g Galaxy @ 10 min
35g Amarillo @ Flameout

Yeast: WLP 500 Start at 20º and raise it to 25º by weeks end.
Age for 2 weeks with a handful of Rum Barrel Chips
