Looks like I have a brewday tomorrow.
Think I'm going to depart from the hoppy pales and do a cross between my recent gem clone and an old peculiar clone a few years ago.
For about 38 liters its looking like
7kg Maris otter
230g extra dark crystal
160g rye crystal
80g chocolate
Some oats.
Maybe some dark sugar?
Aiming to mash at 68.
Bittering to about 30ibu then a little late hopping.
And fermenting with mangrove jacks dark ale yeast.
Anyone see any glaring errors?
