Citra Smash

Postby RokDok » Fri Sep 15, 2017 20:54

I'm brewing a Citra SMASH tomorrow, I fondly remember my first pint a few years ago at the Welly in Birmingham ( Thanks to Rob W who recommended me that a few years back I had to pinch myself that I hadn't had a smash on the way up and had gone to heaven).

It's 60 l , 13 kg of MO pale, 70 g of citra at start of boil and 70 g 10 minutes before flame out.

Decent amount of late hop as I like aroma.

WDYT ?

Cheers RD
