At Northallerton beer festival in tried and English style ale made by eyes brewery it was nice. Any idea for maximum wheat in a batch?

What for exactly? You can use 2-5% for head retention etc, more if you want to push some wheat flavour in there, anywhere up to 70% for an English wheat I guess. About 15% would be nice for a little grain flavour. But it's a common addition over here!

Northallerton you say - I live in Thirsk, will have to check this out.

2016: 330L brewed (72 gallons, over 8 firkins)
2017: 105L brewed (need to update this figure)
Drinking: Landlord clone
Conditioning: ciders from 2016, hedgerow barrolo, 1914 Courage RIS (10%).
