Still building my brewery so I'm without a fermentation fridge. Does a Kolsch have to be 'lagered'???

Fermenting 15ltrs Hobgoblin clone AG#2
Conditioning 12ltrs Irish Red AG#1
Drinking Strawberry and kiwi TC

It certainly won't hurt. It should be fermented lower though. What yeast are you using? The Wyeast version does well around 14-15C. Not quite as low as a lager but not as warm as an ale either.
