The university of arts in Bern is doing experiments playing music to cheese to see how it effects the flavour, which made me think...they smoke to much shut at art school. More at theregister.com. It's called sonochemistry and I'm thinking I need to make an Iron Maiden IPA...but I wonder if saf05 would prefer some Lynard Skynard ?

Use Saf-04 and make sure it’s early-period Iron Maiden - Live After Death is a good shout.

2016: 330L brewed (72 gallons, over 8 firkins)
2017: 105L brewed (need to update this figure)
Drinking: Landlord clone
Conditioning: ciders from 2016, hedgerow barrolo, 1914 Courage RIS (10%).
