Brewing for Cask vs Bottle or Keg.

Just to clear.. I'm not at all interested in what format is 'best.

I'm more wondering how to think about recipe design for beer that's primarily going into casks vs bottles or kegs? Taking into account cellar temp. and lower carbonation is probably the most important thing? I do enjoy good cask beer, but I'm much more likely to be having a bottle or two in my house after a visit to the off license. :drink:

I think you pretty much summed it up yourself and folk tend to package their brews for their own convenience ;)

As my kegging is in its infancy I tend to stick to styles that taste good on keg - American pale, lager, saison.
Sure I'll experiment with English styles again in the future but yea, just beer styles Imo.
