20 mins from the end of the boil is usually the norm

Dissolve and add to FV? That way you have 0% of any being left behind in the boiler

Yeah I would think sticking to elements is something to be careful about, pour it in slowly away from the element.

if the invert is pre dissolved in a pan on the stove you wont have any problems
