Is this suitable in a ginger beer?

Planning to do for first time and gf bought some.

Also, she bought super wine yeast compound.

Will this do the trick?

i dunno, i have a bottle myself bought to bulk an online order up to free shipping value..

it might be ??

however
a good ginger beer (traditional) is easy just start a gingerbeer plant, only takes a bit of daily attention for a few weeks.

ive had good results using light lme (2 x tins) and a short boil of 30-40 with 500g+ fresh grated ginger just washed not skinned 6 lemons and rind from 2 a cinamon stick cloves and a TEASPOON or fraction of of chilli powder for a 5 gallon batch,,
back sweetening is needed to taste,,

Only planning a gal.

Got maybe 200 ginger, 500g sugar, 1 each of orange, lemon and lime. Plus said ginger compound and wine yeast compound.

And probs ginger powder and chili powder.

the chilli adds a kick, but use it sparingly i used a heaped tablespoon in error with my #1 attempt.. it hurt then left lips and mouth numb like post dentist injection.....

200g of ginger should be ample for a gallon brew , with just sugar it will be a thin pop type brew, orange and lime sound good too.

also add a strong mug of tea for tannin

sounds like a plan for a brew..
