How to use aromatic malt?

Hi saw this at the LHBS and picked it up on a whim, who's used it and what did you think, what styles of beer was it and at what proportion?

I use it in my galaxy ale along with some other beers. Does what is says on the tin. I normally use up to 200gms in a 23lt brew. Not sure if I would want much more than that.

It adds a malty aroma as well as a bit of taste. Although my galaxy beer is a very light colour it is more suited to dark beers especially a mild if you want a malt aroma.

Its like super munich. Good for all malty beers, particularly for things like alt biers, but use in anything you want a big malt aroma in. I think it's used at around 10% but check the spec sheet.

It supposedly can be used upto 100% of the bill!

Exactly as Rob says, super Munich, and use it as Dennis does 2-3% of the grain bill, very nice :thumb:

I used it in a Biere de Garde the other day, 200g in a grain bill of 6.7Kg. The brew smells wonderful.
