anyone know where I can get elderflower essence or similar from? bottled concentrated it doesn't matter?

our home brew shop sells dried but I'm not sure how good they'd taste compared to fresh.

I've brewed a couple of batches of elderflower beer using dried elderflowers to general approval. 25g in a ~23l batch seems to work okay.

the elderflower is for the secondary im making a French saison next week. Also in the secondary will be gooseberrys :thumb:

Love gooseberries, try Williams Bristol Good Times if you can, lovely slightly sour pale ale.
