I assume you can freeze wort with no ill effects?

Would you Freeze LME also?

I think I read about filling bottles right to the top with wort out of the boiler with still hot and capping. Then its sanitized and ready for use. Just an alternative..... if you trust you bottles not to break!

we use plastic pop bottles so no breakages

who cares about them standing up? I just float them in the sing till unfrozen. Surely anyone can overcome round bottomed bottles :roll:
