Problem is a lot of flavour and colour comes from the skins, which are left behind when pressing for juice.
I've used flavourings before and they can be used in small amounts to good effect but generally only add aroma and can be quite synthetic.
Go hard or go home! Just dump it on 5 kilo of cherries.
