I'll be brewing this on the next chance I get ( was gonna be tomorrow but have to work instead) already done 2 batches with different recipes .
No crystal malt , just pilsner malt and pale wheat malt .

Type: All Grain
Batch Size: 21.00 l
Boil Size: 27.86 l
Boil Time: 90 min
End of Boil Vol: 24.79 l
Final Bottling Vol: 19.49 l
Efficiency: 78.00 %
Ferment at 20c
1.049 SG FG 1012/14
2.15 kg Wheat Malt, Pale (Weyermann) (3.9 EBC) Grain 1 50.4 %
1.90 kg Pilsner (Weyermann) (3.3 EBC) Grain 2 44.5 %
0.22 kg Acid malt (5.9 EBC) Grain 3 5.2 %

Step Time
Mash Step Add 16.72 l of water and heat to 45.0 C over 7 min 45.0 C 45 min
Mash Step Heat to 55.0 C over 10 min 55.0 C 30 min
Mash Step Heat to 63.0 C over 9 min 63.0 C 40 min
Mash Step Heat to 71.0 C over 8 min 71.0 C 45 min
Mash Step Heat to 76.0 C over 5 min 76.0 C 10 min
Batch sparge with 2 steps (Drain mash tun , 16.36l) of 75.6 C water

16.00 g Hallertauer Hersbrucker [4.00 %] - Boil 90.0 min Hop 4 7.1 IBUs
8.00 g Hallertauer Hersbrucker [4.00 %] - Boil 45.0 min Hop 5 3.0 IBUs
8.00 g Hallertauer Hersbrucker [4.00 %] - Boil 15.0 min Hop 6 1.6 IBUs
1.049 SG
I also use lactic acid in water treatment .
