AG#6 - Beerserker Viking ale - 31/8/12

Today I will be making some "Viking" heather ale or as I like to call it...Beerserker!

Ferms:

2.5kg Maris otter
0.3kg Brown malt
0.2kg Crystal Malt

Hops:

30g Fuggles @ 60mins

other additions:

1kg Honey @ 60mins
500g Demerara Sugar @ 60mins
125g Heather @ 60mins
60g Yarrow @60mins

Yeast:

WL English Ale yeast
