So I moved house a couple of weeks ago and am finally in a position to brew!
Doing an extract for ease and no chill as we have a water meter.
Got 7kg of lme and 1kg of dme (both pale)
This will be going into 50 liters of water.
I'll be bittering with a little bit of warrior. Then adding a smidge of simcoe towards the end. Then at flame out a big wack of citra and mosaic.
Then once it's cooled more citra and mosaic.
It's going to be split between 2 fv to make an Earl grey ipa and an APA.
I'm going to add 1.5l of cold steeped Earl Grey tea (40g) to one fermentor and leave the other one to be dry hopped.
Looking forward to a short brew day!
