my last brew is still in the fermentation fridge and will need kegging while the boil is on and the fermentor wil need to be cleaned and sanitised.

I certainly hope so! Boil is half way done now.

1st problem! I have 10g to little of Manarina Baveria so I'll up the Nelson Sauvin by 10 in for the dry hopping.

Not quite of much a beast, collected 25L @1.060 so missed my target by 0.006. Should still be nice but I think I forgot to add the Munich!!

It hit an FG of 1.008 which gives it an ABV of 6.8%, I'm happy with that, its a tasty brew with the hops coming through nicely.
