AG #28 - Untilted

Postby calumscott » Fri Jun 03, 2016 19:19

Was going to do it tomorrow, but did it today...

A bit of a change though as I couldn't get my mitts on enough Challenger!! Rob tells me that it's in short supply as it's being badly affected by disease and growers aren't happy betting on it.

So I've substituted in Magnum instead, again on Rob's say so as it's his "go to" clean bittering hop. Not that you'd notice really with this beer as it has a decent late addition of Chinook and a Galaxy dry hop so the chances of tasting anything off the bittering hops is pretty slim anyway!

Didn't do pictures, frankly I couldn't be bothered today...

Still, should end up a touch over 5% which is what I want.

It's now sat out the back cooling down for pitching tomorrow morning.
