26 Rivers in London ...........

While Beer is 90-97% water, it is a very tricky subject.

26 Rivers in London ...........

Most of them have been confined to a pipe but I wonder if I might find something better than Thames Tap. The Wandle for example was very popular with one brewery.
Fullers, despite being next the Thames, don't use Thames water. Thames is tidal, much of the water is salt water. They use tap! makes me think I'm on a wild goose chase.

Still, makes you think, lots of different chemistry available.

I suppose the one nearest to us would be the Quaggy, but not sure I would fancy using that with all the building work in Lewisham. Ditto for Deptford creek.

I have a medical condition- I am fool intolerant.

Amazing really, we almost never see them! There's a big yellow pipe going over the track at Sloane Sq station ..... a river following through that I was told!

The fleet is basically a sewer now isn't it? Not sure I would want to use that either.

Saying that they reckon most of Hanningfield reservoir had been recycled over 30 times so not really that much different for us.

True, but I don't think the fleet is re-cycled.
