For anyone interested... I picked up a bottle of this for a yeast starter today and just noticed the label. Quite similar to asda smart price water.

Mg: 12
Sodium: 8
Potassium: 2.5
Chloride: 12
Sulphate: 14
Ph: 7.8


Edit: 17p for 2 litres

we used the ashbeck Tesco water for the kolsch im drinking now .Must say a vast improvement on tap water

Ashbeck and Chase are quite different waters from different sources (Ashbeck Ca is about 8). Both a lot better than my tap water though. Tesco used to sell Clearview which was from the same Armathwaite source as Ashbeck but cheaper - discontinued?

My future plans include not much
