ASDA Smart Price Water Profile - CaC03

While Beer is 90-97% water, it is a very tricky subject.

ASDA Smart Price Water Profile - CaC03

Hi all.

Just an update of the above.

Poured 14 litres into my HLT and took a sample. Tested with a salifert kit and the CaC03 comes out at 42.

Exactly the same as reports from a couple of years ago. So it looks very stable.

Do you mean the alkalinity is 42ppm as CaCO3?

An update on this. Just bought some bottles and tested it twice. Came out at 14 CAC03. A noticeable change since I last used it
