Groupon Wheat Beer Yeast

One of the brewers at our local home brew club used the yeast from the above to brew a very good wheat beer, so if anyone still has a bottle it might be worth trying to cultivate the yeast as it appears it is a genuine wheat beer strain.

If anyone has already tried it did you get good results?

Just incase anyone is looking for this here is the full name of it " Unser Bürgerbräu Hefe-Weizen " and its brewed by " Bürgerbräu Bad Reichenhall " in Germany. I have no idea where you can buy it though :hmm: .

"Where are you from" asked the man....."Swindon" I replied......"What part" he said...."Well, all of me" I replied.

Thanks for that, the brewer clearly wasn't expecting me to want to take a picture of the label.
