Just used lalbrews new NE yeast for the first time in a pale ale with 20g/l dry hops, which is my usual rate for this style. The yeast has an enzyme that alters some of the aromatic compounds into even more aromatic compounds and based on my first few samples it works. Was also expecting low floculation but it's about the same as a saf05, I used a sixth of a protofloc in 20 litres. Anyone else used it. If you are into highly hopped beer this seems ideal, I'm still making my mind up about flavours because it's so in your face and slightly different from a normal dry hop...more lemon grass like if you ask me.
