i have some hops that have been in the freezer for 2 years
will they be ok to use as i fancy a few quick bitters in time for summer
I've not been drinking over the winter and managed to drop 2 stone so no supplies

Take them out, let them warm up, rub them between your fingers and smell them.

If they have a good hop pungency, use them, if not, chuck them.

They'll be fine for bittering at the very worst. If you're making a malt-forward beer you'll be fine. Use fresh hops for aroma and late additions.

2016: 330L brewed (72 gallons, over 8 firkins)
2017: 105L brewed (need to update this figure)
Drinking: Landlord clone
Conditioning: ciders from 2016, hedgerow barrolo, 1914 Courage RIS (10%).

If they are frozen and vac packed they should be OK.
