Caught a few of these-there was also somewhere a Food Programme about artisan breads where a guy was top cropping yeast from a fermenting beer to make a sort of sourdough called Barm-which was our traditional method of breadmaking until either the Romans or Normans turned up-can't remember which. Worth seeking out.
I have a medical condition- I am fool intolerant.
